外贸函电:要求折扣订购

借着订购来要求折扣是非常具有效果的,但对方是否接受则须视情况而定。

Dear Sirs,

We have now had the opportunity to examine the samples and patterns you sent us on April the 2nd.

Prices are agreed to with the exception of the Bright range of children's shoes. These prices are not competitive enough for the market here, and we would therefore ask you to reduce them on this range by 5%.

If you agree to this we are prepared to make our order up to $5,000. Meanwhile we are enclosing our order for the remainder, and would ask you to let us have it as soon as possible.
