外贸函电：指示必备文件的订购

于订购函写明开立订单、信用证，并附带装运指示，是较有效的写法。

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of May 1 enclosing catalog and details of your terms. We have decided to place the following order with you and instructed the First Commercial Bank, Ltd., Taipei to open L/C in your favor, valid until August 1.

Please attach the following documents to your draft when executing the order: two bills of lading, three commercial invoices and insurance policy. Your invoice should be made on C.I.F. Keelung.

Please inform us by air-mail at once when the goods have been dispatched.

感谢贵方5月1日附有目录与交易条件详情的来信。兹决定向贵方订购如下，并指示第一商业银行台北分行，以贵方为抬头开立截至8月1日有效的信用证。

履行订单时，请将下列文件附列于贵方汇票中：2份提单、3份商业发票及保单。贵方发票应以到基隆运费、保险费在内价承作。

货品发送后，请立即以航空邮件通知我方。
