有位男生我不知他的姓名

There's a boy whose name is unknown to me

冥冥之中我能读懂他的心灵

Yet by some supernatural power I can read his heart

一段恋爱让他匆匆走完了一生

A love affair made him rushed out his life hastily

从此生命中再无光明

So no more brightness his life has seen ever since its start.

有位男生我不知他的姓名

There's a boy whose name is unknown to me

冥冥之中我能感到他的心痛

Yet by some supernatural power I sense his sadness

不堪忍受在黑夜里独行

Unable to bear traveling in the dark night with his own company

想告别七彩俗世削发为僧

He wishes to become a monk and part from the colorful vulgar earthliness.

亲爱的男生我不问你的姓名

Dear boy, your name I wouldn’t know

一朵玫瑰和几行小诗相赠

To you a rose and some lines I just want to bestow

愿你眼中的海再次奔涌

Hoping that would flood your tears

拿出春天的热情抚慰人生

And take prime passion to pacify your years

亲爱的男生我不问你的姓名

Dear boy, your name I wouldn’t know

我愿化做小鸟唱歌给你听

To chant to you I just wish to turn into a birdie

愿化为泉水冲走你的伤与痛

Or turn into a spring to sweep away your soreness and sorrow

绿色枝头在河水里写下了叮咚

With the gurgling I ——LOVE——YOU writing on the water the green tree
