交易势必会有竞争对手,强调己方的品质、价格、交货期是他方无法比拟的,非常重要。

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your inquiry of July 5, and are much interested to hear that you saw our advertisement in "Fine Products".

In your letter you ask us for a special price discount of 5% off the list price. While appreciating your order, we feel we must point out that our list prices have already been cut to the minimum possible, and that our goods are unobtainable elsewhere at our rates.

We should, however, be pleased to allow you the requested 5% if you care to raise your order to 150,000 pieces and we await your confirmation before putting the matter in hand.
