产业结构调整 industrial restructuring

The upcoming National People's Congress (NPC) and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) sessions in early March will materialize further the country's platforms on such key issues as income distribution, energy and resource pricing reform, industrial restructuring and the stimulation of domestic demand.

“两会”（全国人民代表大会和中国人民政治协商会议）将于三月初召开。会议将进一步落实一些关键议题的实施情况，例如收入分配、能源资源定价改革、产业结构调整，以及刺激内需等。

文中的industrial reconstructuring就是指“产业结构调整”，也称为“产业重组”。Industrial structure（产业结构）也就是指各产业的构成及各产业之间的联系和比例关系。从大的方面划分，industrial structure可以分为primary sector（第一产业）、industrial sector（第二产业），以及tertiary /service sector（第三产业），而按照资源密集程度则可以划分为labor intensive，capital intensive，technology intensive industries（劳动密集型、资本密集型、技术密集型产业）。

Restructuring在这里指“重组”， 通常指抽象的重构，例如系统、机构、流程等，而在表示具体的“重建”时，我们常使用reconstruction这个词。例如：After a few years of active reconstruction, many famous cities rose from the ashes of war.（经过几年的积极重建后，战争废墟上重新矗立起来了许多名城。）
