外贸函电:请求增加代理商佣金

这封信并非单单要求增加佣金,其理由的正当合理,极富说服力。

Dear Sirs,

Your letter informing us that you wish to put your products on the Taiwan market interests us very much. There is an active demand for the various types of the unique European designed electric home appliances and we are eager to assist you in extending your sales here.

However, as you probably know, your competitors are very firmly established here and it will be a hard fight to win business amoung such powerful competitors. We are willing to increase our advertising and make a strong sales effort.

However this would require a considerable capital outlay and we must ask you to bear part of the cost. We think the easiest way for you to take will be to grant us an increased commission on the sale of your goods. We shall be pleased if you will offer your opinion on this matter.

对贵方来信告知您希望在台湾市场销售贵产品一事,感到很有兴趣。对于各种特殊设计的欧式家电产品,有非常活跃的需求。而我方也渴望协助贵方在本地扩展销售。

然而,贵方大概知道,您的竞争对手在本地有很深厚的基础,而要在这么强的竞争对手之间赢得生意,势必是一番若战。我方愿意增加广告,尽力加强销售。

然而,这必须支出相当大的资金,故必须请求贵方负担部分费用。兹以为对贵方而言,最简便的方法就是答允增加我方销售贵货品的佣金。若蒙贵方对这件事提出意见,则感幸甚。
