最低工资制度 minimum wage system

今年CPI（居民生活消费指数）持续增长，明年工资是否会像CPI一样增长？对此，劳动保障部劳动工资司司长邱小平表示，将深化收入分配制度改革，增加城乡居民收入，确保企业遵守最低工资规定。那么，“最低工资制度”怎么说？

Average wages of employees in some companies is still much lower. The government will continue to impose a minimum wage system at the local level and quicken measures to plug the problem, Qiu Xiaoping said.

邱小平说，目前少数单位职工平均工资水平仍然较低, 因此，政府将进一步针对这些问题，加速提高最低工资标准，完善最低工资制度。

这里，最低工资制度表示为“minimum wage system”，另外，关于涨工资方面的表达也有很多，如涨工资：“salary rise/wage increase ”；平均工资“average wage/income”；价格浮动“price fluctuation”。
