美剧口语：《孙子兵法》至理明言

近日发现，不少美剧都喜欢引用《孙子兵法》名言警句，不但包括《超人新冒险》中的大恶人Lex Luther，《越狱》里头的冷面FBI马洪，《识骨寻踪》女主角博学的Brennan博士，甚至还有青春歌舞的《欢乐合唱团》里头娘味十足的同性恋小男生。其实《孙子兵法》不只是兵法，还是商战和管理学的百科全书，其博大精深的道理在几千年后的现代社会依然有其勃勃的生机。

故曰：知彼知己，百战不殆；不知彼而知己，一胜一负；不知彼，不知己，每战必殆。
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a thousand battles without a single loss. If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose. If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

知彼知己，百战不殆。
If you know both yourself and your enemy, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.

是故百戰百勝，非善之善者也；不戰而屈人之兵，善之善者也。
Therefore one hundred victories in one hundred battles is not the most skillful. Seizing the enemy without fighting is the most skillful.

All warfare is based on deception.
